    This 24-hour helpline will connect you with professional counsellors and trained crisis responders. They can offer you information and referrals regarding mental health, addiction, and well-being strategies specifically designed for students.

    9-8-8: Suicide Crisis Helpline

    Text or call 9-8-8 to connect with a trained responder if you or someone you know may be at risk of suicide. The service offers trauma-informed and culturally affirmative support to anyone who is thinking of suicide, or concerned about someone they know.

    Support following a critical incident

    U of T Engineering Case Manager, Community Safety & Divisional Support

    Following a critical incident (serious injury, threat or event) and after emergency services and Campus Safety have been called, staff, faculty and librarians may contact U of T Engineering’s Case Manager, Community Safety & Divisional Support. The Case Manager is available to provide consultation and support in care coordination for impacted students.
