Learning How to Learn: Manage Your Energy, Not Your Time

Do you find it hard to stick to a schedule? In this virtual workshop, learn how to manage your energy instead of simply focusing on time. Discover how to establish a rhythm to complete your coursework.

  • Understand principles to build a flexible and realistic routine
  • Identify the various rhythm of your courses to build weekly and semester plans
  • Discover essential planning practices to optimize your productivity

This 90-minute workshop runs from 5:30 – 7:00 p.m., with 60 minutes of content and activities, followed by an optional application session from 6:30 – 7:00 p.m. to experiment with strategies alongside learning strategists and peer mentors.
