Your phone is essential, but sometimes it can be distracting while you’re studying or focusing. This workshop covers the benefits of disconnecting to support focus, attention, and deep learning. In this workshop, you will:

  • Understand why it is so easy to be distracted by the digital world
  • Build practical, flexible strategies to improve focus, prioritize rest, and increase productivity
  • Cultivate a mindful and intentional approach to technology use to support your learning
