Global Engineering Week presents: Hack the Globe!

Join 150 bright, passionate students in leveraging open data to innovate solutions to Canada’s most pressing social challenges.

Apply in teams of 4 or solo by Feb 10: https://geweek.com/hacktheglobe

Unlike traditional hackathons, hackers will come together in teams of 4 and have two weeks to ideate and formulate a solution. March 2nd is Kickoff Day, where you will pair up with a mentor from the Boston Consulting Group and have an exclusive chance to connect with past winners of the Google Impact Challenge. On March 16-17, you’ll have 24 hours of hacking to develop both a business case and technical prototype and pitch it to an expert panel of judges.

We’re welcoming students hackers from all academic backgrounds – from engineering, business, to public policy, arts & life sciences!
