Community reflections
"I watched Ice Breakers about a young Black hockey player. I had no idea there was once a Black hockey league in Atlantic Canada. It's a shame that this side of Canada's most popular game has been glazed over for so long. If this history was better known, it might inspire more Black youth to pick up the sport." - U of T Engineering staff member
