Announcement of Advisory Committee, Vice-Dean Undergraduate

Professor Tom Coyle, Vice Dean Undergraduate’s second term ends on June 30, 2024; he is not eligible for reappointment. In accordance with the Policy on Appointment of Academic Administrators, the following Advisory Committee has been established to recommend the selection of a Vice-Dean Undergraduate: 

  • Professor Christopher Yip, Dean, Faculty of Applied Science and Engineering (Chair) 
  • Helen Bright, Faculty Registrar 
  • Professor Deepa Kundar, Chair, Department of Electrical & Computer Engineering 
  • Professor Teaching Stream, Micah Stickel, ECE 
  • Professor Markus Bussmann, Chair, Mechanical & Industrial Engineering 
  • Associate Professor Teaching Stream, Dawn Kilkenny, Vice Dean First Year 
  • Parker Johnston, President, Engineering Society 
  • Lisa Camilleri, Chief Administrative Officer 

The committee will be reviewing the Vice Dean Undergraduate portfolio. We anticipate accepting nominations in February 2024. We look forward to feedback. At this time, you can send feedback to the Dean at dean.engineering@utoronto.ca.
